This page allows you to connect to the GamerX IRC channels using a Java applet.
Update August 23rd 2010:
We have switched to SA:MP 0.3b...
the server IP is 85.17.161.66:8800 (it is on the 0.3b Hosted List).
You need the SA:MP 0.3b client to play... go to the SA:MP website to download the installer.
(our old 0.3a server has been closed down)
While this Java applet is fine for occasional use, it is recommended
you use mIRC and connect to irc.ffsnetwork.com port 6667
(you can use mIRC free for 30 days).
The irc.tl network is the home of the official #sa-mp channel...
try and act like a human in the SA:MP channel because they will not
tolerate as much as we might in our GamerX channels.
Once you are connected you can use the following GamerX commands:
* !say message = Sends a message to all players in the server
* !tpm message = Sends a message to all Admins and Trusted Players in the server
* !pm id message = Sends a private message to the specified player
* !tp = Displays the total number of players currently in the server
* !ttp = Displays the total number of Trusted Players currently in the server
You can also use the following IRC commands:
* /me messagetext = Action text, eg "/me slaps you"
* /nick ircname = Set your IRC nick name
* /ns help register = Displays how to register your IRC name in the main window
* /ns help identify = Displays how to login to your registered IRC name in the main window
* /join #ChannelNameHere = Joins the IRC channel that you specify
Please note that GamerX IRC commands do NOT work when you use color... you must use black text.
Do not forget that you can be kicked or banned from IRC if your behaviour warrants so.

Important: the Java applet will require you to have Java installed... it is a free download.
* If you do NOT have Java installed you will see the following error message dialog when using Internet Explorer:

* You must click on the No button if you see the following dialog:
(it is telling you that the applet might be unsafe however you can be assured that it contains nothing bad)
