Privacy Policy

This is an informal document about how GamerX Forums treats your privacy. By continue using this forum, you agreed uphold,

During registration you are required to provide:

  • Nickname as username that belonged to you and not belong to another known user. No real name is required.
  • Valid birth date, you can choose to hide it from public and only moderators may able to see.
  • Valid IP location of country where you live. You may use VPN/proxy after registration. You may not abuse VPN/proxy to avoid punishment or violate rules.
  • An active e-mail address, it does not need to be your primary e-mail, a secondary/e-mail for gaming is preferred. Fake, disposable, or temporary e-mail is forbidden.

Sharing personal information such as real life identity is at your own risk, Forum Moderators may remove such inappropriate content when necessary.

We would not share your data to 3rd party other than legal entity when required. We do not sell your data to 3rd party, unless otherwise stated in future or if we would ever run advertisement here.

Your browsing access here is logged for the server maintainer to diagnose issues and identify violation in purpose of security, and it may be shared as a form of abuse report to the related party. The logs are not keep forever.

Your Username, Nickname and IP address may be collected by GamerX Admins for administrative purposes in the GamerX services.

This forum software uses cookies to maintain login session and preferences to enhance your browsing experience. The main website www.gamerxserver.com also shares the forum cookies. There is currently no known 3rd party cookies nor tracking cookies available.

Every Forum User may delete or edit to blank posts on their own discretion. However we can not control public posts that might be copied by another users prior to deletion. Forum Moderators may remove the content from this forum if it violates copyright issue.

EU citizen may request for permanent Forum Account deletion by contacting the Forum Administrator.

Forum Members are on their own responsibility for the privacy controls on user settings. And is at their own risk in disclosing account credentials.

We try our best, but no guarantee, to respect the privacy of our Forum Users as long the terms and rules are followed. We may change this privacy policy at any time without prior notice.

Please notify Management as soon as possible if you have found abuse or violation to this privacy policy.
